I understand and acknowledge that I am joining The National Black MasterMind Group and I am required to pay the lifetime member fee of $150. I understand that all membership fees are Non-Refundable. I understand I will NOT be charged membership dues as long as I am part of the Leadership Team.  As a Leader in the Black MasterMind Affiliate Group, I am entitled to all of the benefits members are entitled to receive. I understand that I am expected to provide leadership to the members of the Affiliate Group. I am expected to attend the monthly Affiliate Leader meetings (2nd Thursday of Each Month) and National Leaders Meetings (last Sunday of each month), plus I am expected to attend all events hosted on the 3rd Sunday of each month.

Based on the position I assume in the organization I am required to attend the Business Mastery Institute Train the Trainer Program and the Bridge Builder Coaching Certification Training.  I am required to pay all necessary FEES and sign and commit to a 2 yr work agreement to fulfill my duties to train, educate, coach, and mentor the Black Entrepreneurs in my Community. I understand that I am expected to assist in the recruitment of members to the Affiliate Group to ensure the Group meets its membership requirements.  I understand that I am entering into a contractual relationship with The Black MasterMind Group as an Independent Contractor and compensation will be based on my role in the organization i.e.; conducting classroom training, coaching entrepreneurs, and meeting the expectations of a leader in the Affiliate Group.  I fully understand the expectations, requirements, terms, compensations for providing the services listed above to the members of this organization.
