SPICE SAVER: A convenient airtight compartment sits at the top of the mill, just unscrew the lid and put your unused or partially used whole spices into this large onboard container.
TWIST TO GRIND: Our original grate and shake nutmeg grater was a huge success, and this one is even better. Just put the whole spice into the silo, place the plunger on top, then twist in one direction with light pressure to quickly end up with the amount of fresh ground spice you need. No batteries, no worries about hurting your knuckles on an open blade – just an easy twist.

EASY TO CLEAN: We don’t recommend the dishwasher, but you can use the top rack. Instead, rinse (don’t soak) in warm soapy water to dislodge the dried spice particles and rinse off the natural oil build-up.
