It has been specially designed to be used with the Emile Henry Medium Rectangular Oven Dish Reference 9652. The knob provides a secure grip even when the lid is hot in the oven. The flat shape makes it easy to store another container. This ceramic lid is oven-safe up to 270 °C, microwave-safe and dishwasher safe without colour fading. Like all Emile Henry products, our lid is made in our workshops in Marcigny, Burgundy.
