A pro tip is scrape in a full circle under the burger, making sure to lift each part of the patty off the griddle surface prior to flipping it. SEASON SHAKER: Create your own special blend of seasoning and load up the Stainless Steel Seasoning Shaker. The pros like to include onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
